Our HDPE Containers, Blow Moulded HDPE Containers and allied products manufactured in our premise have the following features:

• Containers suitable for food products, packaging of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, jewelry, pesticides, cleaning aids, inks, chemicals, paint, varnish, lubricants etc.

• Injection moulded components and parts weighing upto 1200 gms weight in engineering and commodity plastics

Materials Processed

In injection moulding, we process complete range of thermoplastic materials such as polycarbonate, noryl, nylon, polyester, delrin, ABS, polyurethane, polypropylene, polystyrene and their glass filled variations as per the application of the customer. In blow moulding unit, we process materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, etc.

Infrastructure

We have installed sophisticated machineries at our manufacturing unit. We have excellent tool room with modern facilities for mould development and fabrication. We have experienced moulding supervisors and adequate number of machine operators for injection and blow moulding operations.
