Materials Processed
In injection moulding, we process complete range of thermoplastic materials such as polycarbonate, noryl, nylon, polyester, delrin, ABS, polyurethane, polypropylene, polystyrene and their glass filled variations as per the application of the customer. In blow moulding unit, we process materials such as HDPE, LDPE etc.
Infrastructure
We have installed sophisticated machineries at our manufacturing unit. We have excellent tool room with CNC machines and all the modern facilities such as wire cut, spark erosion etc., for mould development and fabrication. We have experienced moulding supervisors and adequate number of machine operators for injection and blow moulding operations. Experience of over ten years in the plastic processing field enhances our ability to understand customer requirements better and make it easier for us to meet their needs to their full satisfaction.
